Mumbai Dream Tours Company is dedicated to making personal travel with local experiences that transcend the essential Mumbai sightseeing tours. Most of our Guides employed are from Dharavi with us. All of them are also college-educated and experienced guides.
MR. Dinesh was Born and raised in Dharavi. He has an experience of more than five years in the field of Mumbai Tour Guide and customer relationships, with exceptional skills in communication. He has graduated in the field of Commerce & Continues in his further studies.
Dinesh loves showing guests the beautiful places in Mumbai city. He can open the secrets of Mumbai city to you and you will have a blast along the way with his carefree energy. He wanted to help the Slum community by removing the negativity that engulfed the Dharavi slums. Hence, evolved Mumbai Dream Tours!!

MR. Deepak holds a Masters in the financial services sector. Now he is working for Mumbai Dream Tours, and to follow his passion to work for a good cause and contribute to a social business that helps the local community.
His hobbies include listening to music, cooking, going to concerts, and traveling with the aim of immersing himself in a foreign culture to fully experience each destination.
GENERAL MANAGER
Nirmal is our incredible Reception Centre Manager/ Community Centre Manager/ Tour Guide Manager / Tour Guide / Operations Manager. He takes on more and more responsibility ever since.
A Nirmal dream is to visit every corner of India and then the world.

Mumbai is fully staffed with Local guides. Most of your tour guide is a university student living in Dharavi Slum that Helps them with their studies by providing a much-Needed financial gain to all or any permit to them to study. By taking this tour you recognize you’re putting one thing into the material of Mumbai Society.

Vishal is one of our experienced guides. He grew up just a stone’s throw away from our Dharavi. He has done his degree.
Vishal was born in Dharavi when he was 3 because of the job opportunities available here. After school, In addition to the fantastic commute, he enjoys the job because he is able to improve his English and meet people from all over the world.

Mahesh lives true to his name – he likes to laugh and smile. He was born in Dharavi. In his free time, he works as a DJ at weddings, birthdays, and other events.
He says he isn’t a professional but it’s a lot of fun. He doesn’t know yet what he wants to do in the future. For now, he just hopes to finish his Bachelor of Commerce.

Dharmesh lives in Matunga Labour Camp, in Dharavi, with his Family. He is one of our experienced Tour guides.
He loves his job as it not only gives him the chance to share his knowledge but he says that with traveling he is learning about the whole world.

Rakesh is a 22-year-old. Born & rise up in Dharavi, the Rakesh family is for Gujarat & works in pottery. He graduated in the field of Commerce & Going on to further studies.
Before Guide, Rakesh worked for a travel company and a call center. He is happy to be a tour guide because he greatly prefers an active job as opposed to sitting behind a desk.

Dhaval lives in Dharavi Mumbai with his parents. He likes working as a guide as he gets to know many people from all over the world and thanks to his job he learned a lot of information about his own city.
As well as working, he is finishing studying for the 12th Grade. His favorite food is pani puri and his biggest dream is to become an Actor & Try for Bollywood.

Akanksha is an Archaeology student who loves Mumbai and its rich history. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the field of Ancient History and Archaeology.
She is a local Mumbaikar who loves unfolding the city’s hidden tales to fellow visitors. Akanksha has a story for every nook and corner of the city and a heritage walking tour with her would be surely fun and would leave you looking at Mumbai in a positive light.

We want to offer our guests a deeper, fuller understanding of Mumbai through our day tours. as an example, our Bicycle Tour uses AN surprising style of Mumbai transport to introduce guests to iconic South Mumbai sights just as the gateway of India and CST Station similar to some lesser-known places that are difficult to find on your own like Sassoon Dock and Bombay Pinjrapole (cow sanctuary). Our goal is to help you get closer, understand better, and experience more. Equally important to us is supporting the local communities where we work.

You acknowledge that alterations to the scheduled itinerary or activity may be made as necessitated by weather, group size, road transport, road closures, illness or other factors, you agree to accept the decisions of the tour leader or representative, and you accept that neither we nor the providers of services can be held responsible for expenses or inconvenience incurred as a consequence. You acknowledge that the enjoyment of your tour or holiday is derived in part from travel beyond the safety risks of a life at work or at home, and you accept and assume all the risks involved.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

》CANCELLATION
Tours run Rain or Shine. Mumbai Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel any of its tours in case of an Act of God. In such instances, full refunds will be given to anyone who was not able to take their tour.
Mumbai Dream Tours offers a 100% refund if you cancel the reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. No refunds are given for ANY reason once you cancel the reservation within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
》CHANGES
Mumbai Dream Tours offers a change of tour and subject to availability only if you make changes more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. No change would be possible if you amend any within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
Mumbai Dream Tours offers 100% refund if we are not able to accommodate your changes made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. NO REFUND if we cannot accommodate your change which you make within 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

If you or anyone in your group is no show for a tour, there will be no money refund.

The tour is started at the decided time and if you or anyone in your group arrives late there will be no money refund.
