Refund Policy for Mumbai Dream Tours:
At Mumbai Dream Tours, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional travel experiences and top-notch services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that could lead to the need for a refund. Therefore, we have formulated the following refund policy to address various scenarios:
- Cancellation by Customer: 1.1. If a customer cancels a tour or activity at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, they will be entitled to a full refund. 1.2. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost. 1.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Mumbai Dream Tours: 2.1. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings, we will provide a full refund to the affected customers. 2.2. Mumbai Dream Tours will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by customers as a result of the tour cancellation.
- No Shows: 3.1. If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled tour or activity without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Changing Tour Dates: 4.1. Customers may request to change the date of their booked tour or activity, subject to availability. Such requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. 4.2. Changes to tour dates are subject to approval by Mumbai Dream Tours and may incur an administrative fee.
- Partially Utilized Tours: 5.1. No refunds will be provided for partially utilized tours or activities.
- Refund Process: 6.1. To request a refund, customers must contact Mumbai Dream Tours via email or phone, providing the necessary booking details and reasons for the refund request. 6.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
- Payment Methods: 7.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
- Disclaimer: 8.1. Mumbai Dream Tours reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. 8.2. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Mumbai Dream Tours management.
